Three scoops of Vanilla Custard, French Pastry, a tart Strawberry Rhubarb, made exclusively for Kopp's by Quince & Apple, located in Madison, Wisconsin. For the finale, we have added dollops of fresh, homemade Whipped Cream, rich Streusel crumbles, and a fresh Strawberry.
