"The best part about working here is that Kopp's is flexible. I started working here before I had children, then I took a break for 2 years when they were born. When I was ready to return to work, I flexed up to 2 nights/week when my kids were little. Now I’m back to a full-time schedule. Lots of people who leave to work someplace else return because they learn that Kopp's is a really great place to work."
My favorite flavor is probably Mocha Chip, but there’s so many that I love, and over the years, I’ve tasted all of them. And if I could invent a new flavor, it would be ‘Hot Fudge Brownie’.
When I started, I was still in school at Franklin High School. I had worked previously at a lumber yard, but working part-time at Kopp's, I learned responsibility. Being able to move quickly and being a good multi-tasker are important skills that I learned, too.
My favorite flavor: Red Raspberry! I like simple flavors. No nuts.
I’ve learned so many things since I started working at Kopp's. Primarily, safe ways to handle food as well as providing customers with good service. We have to multi-task because when we are busy the pace is really quick. I believe all of these skills will serve me when I attend nursing school. I plan to continue working at Kopp's because we are pretty flexible with schedules.

I go to Wauwatosa West and I take the bus to Kopp's. I really like working here because Jude and all of the managers take the time to teach me how to do something right. When I need help, they give me a ‘learning moment’. At work, I have a positive attitude and remind myself to be ready for anything. I always want to find ways to help people and someday I want to become a Supreme Court Judge. I love how laws get made and I want to do that. I’m learning skills now (how to be a proactive, hard-worker and work with all my heart) which will serve me well in the future. My favorite flavor of the day is Butter Pecan!

"When I applied, I was a senior at Greenfield High School and my friend worked here. He told me that it's a good place to work so I applied. Now I’m studying chemistry at UWM and my schedule at Kopp's fits my school schedule great. Someday, I’d like to research alternative sources of energy and ultimately reduce our dependency on oil."

I am a freshman at West Allis Central. I’m happy to be learning skills like teamwork, how to handle food safely and how to listen to my team and customers. I aspire to study biology in college and become a dentist someday.
My favorite flavor of the day is Cookies & Cream and I’d like to invent a new flavor using blueberries.
I believe good customer service starts with treating every customer how I’d want to be treated, so I think about that a lot when I’m working. I’ve also learned how restaurants work, which sparked a goal to open a restaurant of my own some day. I’m going to school to pursue a degree in Restaurant Management. I think the best qualities for someone to be successful are to be a good listener, be cheerful and come to work with a good attitude.
My favorite flavors of the day are: Blue Moon Oreo, and we only have it a few times a year. I also like Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and Peanutbutter Kupps. Boston Crème Pie is great. Really, anything with cake.
Since joining Kopp's, I’ve learned how to communicate better. I know that the team is counting on me and I want to be dependable for them and our customers who expect a high-level of service. I want to go to college to study business management and fire safety. Ultimately, I plan to enroll in the Navy. I believe the skills (reliability and discipline) will serve me well. When a new team member starts at Kopp's, I tell them they should always ask questions and not be afraid to make a mistake. This is a learning environment. We are all about teamwork.
My favorite flavor is Butterfinger. I also like Roll of the Dice. It’s peanut butter custard with cookie dough pieces, butterscotch sauce and chocolate flakes.

I worked as a cook at Elsa’s for 3 years before I started working at Kopp's. I like working at Kopp's because it’s a much faster pace. That’s why I have stayed here for 15 years. I like working for Karl and I like this place. When my wife was in the hospital, I had the time off. I can come in and do my job, it’s simple, and no drama.
